This service can range from internet multiple listing services to print ads.  We can also establish your unique web site.

Fee range from $50 per month

 

4. Provide Mailing Lists and Labels

 

We have information on over 1,000 Ohio self storage facilities. We can also develop inserts for your direct mail including letters, brochures and the like.

Fee range from 30 cents per address

 

With these materials, you take the phone calls yourself and sell your business without ever paying a commission.
